Maple Place Towers is a pet-friendly community. Pets are permitted subject to management approval. Pet restrictions, including thenumber and type of pets permitted, may apply in accordance with the building’s pet policy. Residents with an approved pet are required to pay a pet damage deposit.
Yes, tenant insurance is mandatory for all residents and must remain active throughout the tenancy. Maple Place Towers designated tenant insurance provider is BFL Insurance.
Water is included in the monthly rent. Any additional utility responsibilities will be outlined in the tenancy agreement. Residents are required to participate in Maple Place Towers building-wide Rogers Internet Program. The service includes 1 Gbps high-speed internet for $60 per month.
